Principal 3D Artist

3D Artists play a key role in the game development process by creating high-quality 3D models and textures for environments and props, ensuring these assets meet both artistic and technical standards suitable for real-time rendering across multiple platforms. Their responsibilities include optimising assets for performance, implementing them in game engines with proper material setups and level-of-detail configurations, and ensuring integration aligns with project specifications. They contribute to and help maintain efficient workflows and pipelines, supporting cross-functional collaboration by working closely with designers, programmers, and technical artists. This collaboration ensures that visual elements are cohesive with gameplay and function seamlessly within the game's systems.
