  • Expertise in 3D character modeling, texturing, and related processes, as well as strong understanding of anatomy, cloth simulation, and character dynamics.
  • Expertise in tools such as ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, and industry-standard character creation software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to provide and receive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of art pipelines and character creation, including troubleshooting and optimisation. including understanding pipelines for efficient production.
  • Visionary approach to advancing character design and ability to influence and define the artistic direction of projects.
