Lead — Marketing
A Lead in the Marketing discipline owns marketing, community and/or growth strategy and its delivery for a title or studio, spanning community management, brand and performance marketing, and growth and user acquisition. The role combines strategy with team leadership: defining campaign and community strategy, owning KPIs and the marketing calendar, managing marketers and community managers, and coordinating platform, agency and creator partners across a title's lifecycle and its live-service content.
- Proven experience defining and executing marketing, community and/or growth strategy across owned, earned, paid and partner channels
- Ability to set goals and own KPIs (engagement, retention, sentiment, acquisition, performance) and act on data/insight
- Experience building and maintaining a marketing calendar aligned to development milestones and live-service content
- Experience managing and developing community managers / marketers and external partners (platforms, agencies, creators)
- Strong audience understanding and competitor/market analysis
