Senior Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing Management supports the successful launch and ongoing promotion of games by developing and executing marketing campaigns that span the entire product lifecycle. It manages go-to-market plans, creates marketing assets, and drives user acquisition, retention, and monetisation strategies in collaboration with creative, product, and development teams. Responsibilities include translating core game concepts into clear consumer propositions, producing and coordinating promotional materials across channels, and maintaining a cohesive brand presence in digital and physical spaces. The function oversees the flow of information between development and marketing teams, works closely with external vendors, platform holders, and content creators, and uses data analysis, market research, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform product positioning.

  • Extensive experience of cross-channel/360 marketing, including PR, social, influencer, events, ATL media, and digital campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of influencer marketing, PR, social campaigns, and digital media planning
  • Extensive experience in user acquisition, retention, and monetisation strategies
  • Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword identification, improving search rankings, and refining product descriptions
  • Deep knowledge of business and marketing KPIs and ability to produce detailed data-driven reports and insights
  • Ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using tools like Jira for workflow optimisation
