Lead — Product

A Lead in the Product discipline owns product strategy, roadmap and commercial performance for a title or portfolio, for example as a Lead or Senior Product Manager, a Product Director, or a Director of Game Product Management. The role combines product strategy with team leadership: owning the product vision and roadmap, defining and standardising KPIs, leading product managers and analysts, and driving data-informed decisions on monetisation, live-ops and growth, balancing speed with quality.

  • Proven product management experience in games (free-to-play / live-service and/or new IP), with commercial ownership
  • Ability to develop and own product strategy, vision and roadmap and to set targets/forecasts
  • Strong analytical skills: defining and standardising KPIs, A/B testing, market and competitive analysis, data-driven decisions
  • Experience leading product managers and product analysts
  • Understanding of monetisation, live-ops/CRM, retention and go-to-market
