  • Track record of delivering incremental, meaningful improvements to tools, content, or processes
  • Extensive understanding of game KPIs, monetization strategies, and player preferences
  • Deep understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of a data language and data visualisation tools
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, APIs, system integrations, managing and prioritising sprints, and acting as product owner
  • Working knowledge of development and tools for Android and iOS
  • Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and Looker
  • Experience designing content, A/B tests, campaigns, and features to maximise acquisition, engagement, and monetization
