Lead — Production
A Lead in the Production discipline owns delivery, schedule and process for a game team, for example as a Lead or Executive Producer, a Production or Development Director, or a Production Manager. The role combines programme and project leadership with people management: owning roadmaps and schedules across disciplines, establishing production best practices and processes, identifying and mitigating risk, mentoring producers, and acting as the bridge between teams, stakeholders and, where relevant, clients, from pre-production through ship and into live service.
- Proven production/project management experience (Agile/Scrum and milestone-based delivery) shipping games or large projects
- Ability to own multi-discipline roadmaps, schedules and capacity/resource plans and to define and measure KPIs/status
- Experience establishing production best practices, processes, documentation and workflows
- Proactive risk identification, escalation and mitigation
- Experience line-managing/mentoring producers and coordinating internal and external/outsourced resources
