Principal Creative Producer
- Design, document and work with other designers and engineers to deliver the systemic backend of the game
- Implement intermediate systems using object-oriented scripting languages
- Pitch and refine game ideas into simple and targeted executions
- Analyse, pitch, prototype, and develop core gameplay mechanics and systems for an unannounced project
- Design rewards structures that incentivise players to participate in a variety of activities and reinforce pro-social behaviours
- Develop a compelling vision and design for gear that provides interesting decisions and aspirational goals
- Create one-page designs, content briefs, system outlines, and other communication tools necessary for succinctly and effectively communicating vision
