midweight Producer

The Production role supports the end-to-end development and release of game projects by coordinating workflows, managing schedules, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. It translates product and feature requirements into clear development milestones, maintains roadmaps and task tracking systems, and facilitates communication across disciplines such as design, engineering, art, QA, localisation, and marketing. Production drives delivery by organising scope, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that pipelines and processes enable timely submissions and high-quality releases. It plays a critical role in supporting tools, technical features, and content development through structured planning and execution.
