midweight Release Manager

Release Management plays a central role in coordinating and executing the safe and timely deployment of game content across platforms by managing the end-to-end release process from development through to live environments. This function supports release planning, risk identification, and issue mitigation to ensure that builds meet quality, compliance, and platform requirements. It maintains release pipelines, monitors readiness, manages submission and certification workflows, and facilitates post-release tracking and hotfixes. Release Managers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, and external partners to align schedules, resolve build and environment issues, and ensure transparency and compliance throughout the release lifecycle. Their work supports stability, player experience, and operational efficiency through continuous process improvement, documentation, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
