midweight Technical Producer

Technical production plays a critical role in coordinating the development and delivery of technical features and engine systems by managing schedules, workflows, and cross-team dependencies. It supports ongoing production through sprint planning, backlog tracking, and build management, ensuring timely and stable releases. The role facilitates communication between engineering, QA, design, and external vendors to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed. It also contributes to the refinement of development pipelines and tools, supports live operations, and helps ensure technical quality and performance are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Highly proficient with standard project management development tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • Skilled in running sprints using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile frameworks
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies and digital collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucid)
  • Solid understanding of software development practices, system integration, and version control
  • Comfort with CI/CD, version control, and automated test pipelines (e.g., Git, Perforce, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Familiarity with backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure relevant to live service games (e.g., AWS, Azure, PlayFab, or similar)
  • Experiencing implementing various Apple frameworks including GameKit, CloudKit, Game Controller and CoreHaptics
  • Expertise in interpreting and writing technical documentation, including TDDs and implementation plans
  • Experience working with Unity and/or Unreal game engines
