Lead — QA
A Lead in the QA discipline owns test strategy, quality standards and the QA team for a project, for example as an Associate Lead QA, a QA Manager or a QA Director. The role combines test leadership with people management: owning and reviewing test strategy and plans, establishing QA processes and standards, leading and mentoring testers, planning delivery and resourcing with project leadership, and communicating quality and risk to stakeholders.
