midweight QA Analyst

The QA Analyst function supports the game development process by ensuring the quality and stability of features, systems, and content through the creation, execution, and maintenance of test plans and cases. It drives functional, exploratory, and regression testing to validate gameplay, tools, and pipelines, while identifying and documenting bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact assessments. This function underpins workflows for feature validation, build verification, and issue tracking, enabling smooth development pipelines and consistent user experiences. It operates in close collaboration with development, design, production, and other QA teams to provide comprehensive coverage, escalate critical issues, and communicate risks and insights across technical and non-technical disciplines.
